• Our coating equipment  line  ranges  from 8 “ pipe diameter, to 56 “ pipe diameter, both for internal and external field coating application processes
• All of our internal robotic equipment is wireless, and our external equipment is semi-automatic.
• Because we have additional equipment connected to our internal coating equipment set , we can assure an even distribution of coating on the girth-weld resulting in even thickness all around the surface of the internal field girth-weld.
• External coating equipment  gives an evenly applied coat to the entire external field girth-weld surface.
• Our coating equipment can coat an average of 45 girth-welds with a width of  4” to  6” on the cut back area.
• Average of coating application time of 24 seconds per cycle process for FBE and 15 seconds per cycle process for liquid.
• Cycle  process  levels  are  adjustable.
•  line  travel  speed  of 24mtrs/minute.  1 minute between girths weld joint to joint (double joint)
